Liberator of Wraeclast supporter pack physical items

Has anyone else not received their physical items yet for buying the “Liberator of Wraeclast” supporter pack? I upgraded on Dec. 14th and entered all my info for the physical items, but no tracking number, no email, no verification at all. I’ve already emailed GGG support with no response.

In the same boat emailed support for my character name phone number address and and full name. I sent that info still haven't heard anything back. That was on Dec 14..
