2 accounts on my email, items purchased on wrong account, support haven't help me for 3 weeks
Support replies by email with “describe the characters' names and the situation, we will help”, and nothing happens for weeks. I can't buy anything in the store because I don't know which account it will be credited to (and if it's wrong, I won't get any help from support).
How can I remove one of the accounts from my email? I have two now, can I keep only one? Last bumped on Jan 2, 2025, 3:07:44 PM

In the meantime, you can make sure you're doing purchases on the correct sub-account by using the in-game shop while you are playing use that sub-account. I hope this helps! | |

It's my issue too.
I have no response since 16th december asking me my account and my character names (fun fact, I already linked my account in the previous email, you guys read the emails?). My first email contacting support was on 7th december, by the way. I just need to unlink this account from steam and link my other account where I've spent money. And when I logged into the game through steam it's logged with this account and not the good one, also it seems to be linked with the same email. For what it's worth I don't even want this account, I want #4649 |
