Requesting status of my ticket / lockout for no reason

Would like to inquire with youguys to see the stutus of my ticket which has not been responded to for over 11 days. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in getting this matter solved because I am still clueless on what I am currently locked out for. Any other exiles going through this same scenarion? Going through a similar thing right now. 5 days no response from support. Account locked over saying "[removed by Support]". I will never use global chat ever again, just want to be able to play the product I paid for...
