Bug trade website. Receiving error "Invalid query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature"

Running game on PS5. I am over level 25. My character is standing in town. Whenever I go to the trade website and select whisper, I receive this error "Invalid query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature".

I own the game for both Steam and PS5, and both accounts are linked to this one. However, I only play on PS5. I am unsure if this is perhaps causing the problem or if it is something else all together.

EDIT: I have done further investigation and discovered that the items I am putting in my premium stash tab are also not appearing on the trade website. I have it set to public and have set the price as required.
