i had a problem with payment 2 weeks ago and i dont get responses

i dont know what more to do to try to contact support, so i will directly post here in hopes that some mod, admin or support guy does help me, feel free to delete the post if you want, but please for the love of god, do assist me.

i have emailed support, like 3 times during these past 2 weeks, i have send private messages to mods in this forum twice, and im yet to receive one single response from anyone. please contact me

i am yet to get a reply, please contact me

still no contact, please contact me

and still no contact, mind you i have been writting to support@grindinggear.com, as noted in the contact support link, i have been writting there for basically 3 weeks now, and these post, and private messages. and nobody replies. what is needed for a mod to notice a message? is there a support phone number i can call to?

i cant believe in posting this, but im still to receive any contact from anyone from GGG. im starting to think that my messages dont reach them, maybe these dont also? does anyone else see this? i dont care if is someone from GGG, do anyone see this message? do anyone see this thread? if so, please reply, or send me a pm saying that you have read this message, im being serious here, im starting to doubt that these are being seem, i have send a mail every 2 days for 20 days and im yet to receive a reply, none here either, none to the pm that i send to the mods here...

This doesn't really help but my last support request took between 1 and 1.5 months to get a response via the email.

In POE 1 prior to POE 2 EA announcement it was easy to get support within 48 hours, they've had at least a million players since then in a short time span and the shear amount of incoming requests/backlog is probably in the 10's of thousands if not hundreds.

I will say if you keep emailing they just show up as separate requests and are not treated in a higher capacity, they'll actually see them at a much later date than your 1st message, they do not get combined as a "reply thread".

My issue was for the highest supporter pack and physical item shipping so the long wait times are across the board.

you dont know how frustrating it is to send message after message after message with no reply at all. also in the mail, if there was an automatic reply with "we have received your message and will try to contact you soon" or somethign like that at least i would know that they have it.

well, lets hope they eventually do reply to it, i understand that there has to be a lot on their hands, but im not asking for a fast solution, im only asking for proof that my messages have reached them
