Change of Email on Account OVER ONE MONTH AND STILL WAITING

I contacted Support by email on the 29th of November 2024, to have my email changed on my account. It is Now the 3rd of January 2025 and GGG has not updated my email on my account so i can log in and play EA POE2 or even POE1.Thats just over 1 month and support still haven't changed my email. I haven't been able to play EA Poe2 or even play Poe1. My email to support was sent 1 Week before Early Access was Live, so there is no excuse for GGG to take over a month and still not resolved my issue.

their emails crashed early on, there was an annoucement about that, have you sent followup emails at all?
