Bug skill tree POE 2

I experienced a bug in POE 2, where there were passives from my trees that were listed for refund but were not listed as purchased, their statuses were not enabled on my doll, as if they were ghosts, this bothered me because I wanted to distribute the passive points that I had it and I couldn't for that reason, I had to spend 20k gold to refund all the passives that were bugged, I didn't really have them but it was said that I should refund them, this caused me a loss terrible and bothered me, in addition to the upset caused, I would like some help with this, compensation or compensation for the stress generated, if possible.
I wanted to add 2 other bugs that I faced that frustrated me too, in the mission legacy of the vaal in act 3, there were times when the teleportation to a certain checkpoint simply didn't work, it kept returning to the same place, for example teleportation from the first checkpoint to the boss of the area
I also found the bug that, in the passive tree, after distributing the points I had, I chose some to be weapon set 1, so far so good, but when I refund my passive points, instead of going back to the initial basic points , only the set points came back and I ended up losing my "global" points. I thought this was a bug because it seems meaningless to me to be something in the game.
