Early Access gone since Dec 25

My early access suddenly dissapeared and I am unable to play the game since Dec 25. I've sent multiple emails and did a previous thread, but my access is still missing. Can someone assist me already ? Last bumped on Jan 3, 2025, 4:10:20 AM
