account kicked out of early access?

i bought an early access key on the 21. december and entered it on the poe2 site. i have been playing alot the last couple of weeks and all of the sudden today it says that the account is not part of the early access.
i linked my steam account and redeemed the game on steam as well. Last bumped on Jan 3, 2025, 4:25:23 AM
