Genuinely a joke, grinding games support
I emailed on Dec 9th about duplicate charges on my account
Emailed back 1 week later asking for info. I gave my info, and two weeks later Dec 23 the guy asked for the same info again as if he didn’t read my reply Now it’s Jan 3rd and there’s no fucking mention of any refunds How do you charge me three times, and wait a month to resolve the issue? And ITS STILL NOT RESOLVED? At least blizzard responds within a week Last bumped on Jan 3, 2025, 8:12:58 AM
