Did you actually hear back from support? How long did it take?
I saw the other topic for those that hadn't heard back, and saw people posting about how it's been 40+ days with no response.
I thought a more useful discussion might be for the people that HAVE heard back from support, to set expectations for those of us that haven't. Please post: 1) how long it took to hear back 2) what the topic of your support request was Hoping this will shine a bit more transparency on how long folks should be expecting to hear back, especially those facing issues preventing them from playing the game. This can be a frustrating topic but friendly reminder to keep things civil, venting frustrations in this thread won't get you a response any faster. its 1 month + here without a fucking answer.
countless emails even a a forum topic noting from 1 month zero answers they basically banned me from poe 2 trading while i could normally trade in poe 1 :) so yeah. this clown show made me lose my account basically forced ssf and i cant even get reply so i can know wtf chinacent do am i to buy new acc or what i will definitly never support this company financially anymore if you ask me ;-) after 10 years getting spit on the face and 1 months to wait for staff reply, wow. just wow Last edited by Zebedin#5037 on Jan 3, 2025, 1:30:26 PM
