Still haven't receve my POE 2 artbook

Upgraded to the Liberator of Wraeclast and input my information on the website for shipping, and still haven't received any shipping confirmation this was 7 December.
I emailed customer support and they barely respond, last respond I got was 27 December in my email to get more of my information but did not reply. Anyone else having the same issue with GGG support? Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 9:37:06 PM

another week had passed and I still haven't received any follow up email or confirmation from GGG support. This is frustrating that I'm not even getting a response to get my POE 2 artbook that came with the most expensive Supporter Pack.
