ETA for support reply?
Is it possible to know how long we are supposed to wait or whether our emails to support were just missed or ignored? I don't know how exactly your queue is organized, but maybe there is at least some rough estimates you can share, e.g. "we are currently responding to messages received 20 days ago"? I'm afraid to message support again as I'm not sure if it will reset my priority to current and add few more weeks of wait time. But at the same time I'm not sure that my message wasn't missed completely and I will never hear back from support.

And magically I just received email response to 1 out of 3 my questions. Thanks, that's at least some progress, hopefully you will be able to hire more people soon, preorders of PoE2 went pretty well.
