[HELP] Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access

I have played for around 30h, now when i try to login I can't.
Also, I can see that my character is level 1 (from the website, not sure if it matches the one in the game) Can someone explain to me what's going on ? Hey there, Exile.
I'm afraid that Path of Exile 2 characters are not yet able to be viewed on the Path of Exile website at this time in Early Access. Therefore any characters you may be viewing should be from Path of Exile 1. If you have acquired your Path of Exile 2 early access key through a third-party, I'm terribly sorry, however we are unable to assist. Players who have been affected by this must reach out to whom ever the player received the key from to check with them regarding the status of their key. These players can rest assured that their characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until their account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access.
