Support pack upgrade/purchase

Hey there, Exile.

Early Access supporter packs are locked onto the platform they were purchased on. Supporter packs purchased on the Path of Exile website will only apply to accounts that wish to participate on PC.

It is important to note for PlayStation specifically, As stated in our Account System Update thread:

Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash.

Higher tiers of Path of Exile 2 Early Access supporter packs are still available to purchase through the in-game microtransaction store.

Do also note that these console versions of the higher tier supporter packs are structured differently, and do not include certain items that are included with the PC versions, such as physical items or extra early access keys. This will be reflected in a difference in price on console.

If you are unable to view higher tier packs in the "Packs" tab of the microtransactions store on PlayStation 5, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you. Please also include a screenshot of your store to give us a better picture of the issue.
