I'm afraid that Path of Exile 2 Early Access supporter packs are platform-locked. That is to say, any early access keys included with the purchase of an early access supporter pack purchased on PC can only be redeemed on PC. Even though Path of Exile 2 in-game progression is cross-platform to players who have linked console accounts to their Path of Exile account, a supporter pack must still be purchased on the console of their choosing in order to be able to add the game to and play on their respective console game library.

It is also important to note that for PlayStation specifically, as stated in our Account System Update thread:
