POE2 DC during breach, failed map state after completion

Was in a T13 Sulphuric Caverns that I had map completion on when I started a breach. A few seconds into the breach my game freezes. I wait 30 sec and nothing changes so I restart the game. When I log back in the portals are gone and the atlas shows the node as failed and I have none of the items I picked up during the map run.

yeah, it happened to me also i drop 1 divine orb. so sad

Yep, 3 breaches on sulphuric cavern, all of them crashed. Other maps seem fine.
