Demonform and infernal hound not working on console (xbox)

On the xbox version of path of exile 2 it won't allow the infernal hound to be equipped while demon form is active same with archMage while people on PC are able to.

Did not see this known issue addressed in the patch notes or the other announcements earlier this week which is disappointing. Still waiting on it too.
