Resistance BUG

When my character equips this item“Doryani's Prototype Scale Mail”，the enemies in my characters presence have Lightning Resistance NOT equal to my characters.After testing，my character equips （total -150%) Light Resistance items did Damage same as equips 0 Resistance items，seems like Monsters resistances cannot be less than negative,other wise it's not make sense.
