Request Refund for accidently full package purchase instead of upgrade

Hi guys,

3 days ago I wanted to upgrade my current EA package ($100) to $160 package. However, instead of upgrade, I've bought the full package and had paid $160.

After realized that, I immediately contacted support via email: support@grindinggear.com and private message. After that I got a reply asking for my confirmation information (User ID, character name, transaction ID).
I've provided fully the request info. However, after 3 days, I didn't get any update from GGG.

I really need the refund now so I can buy the upgrade version and the stash tabs sale.

Do you guys know anyway I can get help with this pls?

Hi Sian, it has been 10 days and I got no update from Support team. Is there anyway that I can follow the progress or make sure my issue will be handled pls?
