Lost Access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Path of Exile 2 Early Access. I purchased the game and was able to play without any problems before. However, I recently received a message saying I no longer have access to the Early Access version :c pls help... Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 3:35:52 PM

If you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great.
If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from. We recommend making Path of Exile purchases via our website as we will be able to assist with any issues that may arise. | |
