Early Access Refund

Can I get a refund for the Early Access I bought on PC and Xbox? The game Isn't even stable enough to run Xbox Series X. So I wasted $130 on PC version plus King Of Faridun on Xbox trying to play for no reason. The Cosmetics you get in the supporter pack fully crash the Xbox making it entirely unplayable.
