Dune Lurkers seem to bug out rituals.

I've done a couple of rituals now and sometimes they seem to bug out, where I can't press the rituals to start them. A common thing I've seen is that when the rituals bug out, the Dune lurker enemy is on said map. I don't know how it's buging out, but could it be something about them going underground or something?

Also dune lurkers need a longer window above ground, seems like they just jump towards you and hides and doesn't really stay long above ground to attack.

A friend of mine just had the same issue with a map with the same mobs. So Dune lurkers are buging out rituals shrines in maps.
