CCurrency Exchange -- order created, but no stock

I put in an order for Divine Orbs, which showed a 1:1 ratio, but with a hefty fee. I Placed the Order, which processed, but did not receive the Divine Orb. When going back to the Currency Exchange menu, the order is listed, but says that there is no stock. The Currency Exchange took my gold, but cannot process the exchange. I cannot cancel the order without forfeiting all the gold that was taken. Any recommendation on how to proceed with this?

The gold cost is for placing the order, not having it filled.

If there was previously stock there, it likely means someone else beat you to it.

As for what to do, you leave the order up until it is filled by another player. If it isn't going to ever be filled, then cancel it.
