Scavanged plating doesn't grant stacks when warrior totem breaks armor

Scavanged plating aura doesn't give any stacks when the source of armour break is ancestral warrior totem. As written in skill description, it should give stacks when the enemy's armour is fully broken - there is no indicator that the player must do it directly.
