Where is my boy Apus???

Servi keeps saying "Apus, get down from there!" and at first, I thought they just hadn't put Apus' character model in the game yet. Or perhaps I could not find him because he is simply too small. But I saw a screenshot the other day of him just sitting on top of the portal, he looked pretty hard to miss, yet I have never once seen him in the Ziggurat Encampment, normal or cruel.

Never mind I found him he is not where I thought he was.
