missing coin in Trials of Ascendancy

I just tried to complete my second level 24 ascension trial. To improve my chances of success, I used two resistance items. Unfortunately, during the boss encounter, my game crashed with the same error and texture problem I've already reported here. When I logged back in, I discovered that both the ascension coin and the buff items I had equipped were missing. I'm quite upset by this situation and would like to know if there's a solution. I'm wondering if I'll have to start a new character to continue building my character as I had planned

You can get 1 try trial coin later, you don't have to start over.
Normally if you crash mid run, you can enter again and continue from where you left out. If you fail the run you can get a new coin for free if it was the quest item. If the quest coin disappear, the relic should still be there once you put a new coin in let you access to your equip relic vault.

Trial of sakema can have up to 4 floor, if you haven't completed a floor before you can get multiple ascension finish trough a single run as long you complete the respective floor.

It a big annoying if you lost the quest item but you not lock or anything out of progression and your not loosing anything it just maybe a bit harder as you have to work your way around the issue, if your not confident you can do it easily you can over level a bit before going trough the trial that you found.

The 1 Try trial coin are just regular item you can drop on mobs you kill. Those disappear after 1 try (Fail or success)
Depending of their level, they let you access higher floor, the number of floor is show on the coin itself. The quest item only let you access the first floor.
You get you ascendency 1 to 4 depending of the floor number you complete. Make sure you press the thing at the end of each floor to get your ascendency point.

Thank you a lot! I was very afraid about having to start all again (I'm a new player in the franchise and its been kind hard to learn and apply all the details and mechanics), but now I can keep my mind focused in finally build my nuke monk
