Map froze and lost all rewards

Ran a 14 map with quite a few modifiers on it. Finished the map completion requirement with a couple uniques and everyone in the group gained a level. Started up the breach and after a few seconds the map itself froze for all three players. Had to log out.

After logging back in we were reset to before entering the map, lost all rewards from the map, all xp, and the completion of the quest. Additionally the map now removed all modifiers it had on my atlas and the keystone was lost. Similar to as if we had attempted it and died before completion.

Really frustrated about even just losing all the waystones that dropped. Thankfully none of the uniques we got were particularly valuable.
