Item with Spirit bugged

I got a chest piece with "+41 Spirit", but it's only adding 14 Spirit.
I have all the stat requirements for the item, and every other stat on the item is applying correctly. Last bumped on Jan 4, 2025, 10:52:52 PM

Got it to work. Relogging helped, then I forgot gems increase the cost.
