cast on minion death + totem(s)

i believe there is a bug with cast on minon death (CoMD) and any totems. i've only attempted with "dark effigy".

in the attached images you can see that CoMD states "no spells which create MINIONS" https://imgur.com/a/lbj3RTM

and in the totem discription is states "totems are NOT minions" so by that logic this combo should work.

im not sure if CoMD should include no totems or if it should be allowing totems
