Spent 30 mins to be at a rare

Spent 30 mins on a rare only for it to drop 4 white worthless items. You Said you fixed the drops...either you have no clue what you are doing, you didn't and said ya did or you are liars. Which one is it? I'm about to stop playing your game if you don't fix this crap. I don't want to spend literally day attempting to get one orb that isn't a transmutation or augmentation. I swear man I haven't had a game make me this angry and feel like such a waste of time as this is in cruel difficulty... Isn't not difficult it stupid and pointless. We could have easily got endgame at lvl 50 with our the insanity of playing the same thing all over again.

I'm not sure if you skipped the tutorial, but in the first area of the game you are introduced to skills, you don't really need to only auto attack through the game

So true. This game will murder newcomer, butcher their corpse and throw in the shark-infest sea.

But I think PoE 2 improve slightly with the tutorial. At least it force you to use skill, passive point and dodge... once.

No offence but when you say to the Dev they have no clue what they doing when your feedback is that it took you 30min to kill a rare AND expect loot would be good as a result, it REALLY looks like projection.

I get that you struggle with the game right now and you want some help, personnally I thought the tutorial a the beginning did a good job but for the rest of the things that are not mentionned...sure, the game is far from being dumbed down so it's not always obvious. If you really want help the Internet is full of ressources.

Sometimes you find enemies that hard-counter your build. Like elemental resistant enemies or enemies that siphon your mana pool until you can't do damage anymore.

My piece of advice: Just ignore these rares. Skip them. Like you found out, rares not always drop something useful and in that 30 minutes, you probably would have killed 4-5 easy-to-beat rares and would've ended up with more loot.

In POE, when I meet rare mobs with reflect mod and elemental resist mod, I just nope the eff out.

It's not worth dealing with them.

Pick your battle. This is not Diablo. You can choose not to kill some of them.

Also, 30 minute sounds like a silly exaggeration. Probably took you 10min but you rounded up to 30 minute. I know. I met a rare with resist mod and revive minion mod at lvl60+ and my gear wasn't that great either. I am still using LA with 2 support. It took 10minutes.
