Totem Accuracy

If you're going to sit there and force totems to scale off of their "own" weapon, you need to also give them their own accuracy rating and/or accuracy nodes on the tree. I think it's supremely ridiculous that you're cornering entire builds into taking Resolute Technique if they're strength based early on. I shouldn't be lvl 11 in the campaign praying that I find something with accuracy in SSF because I have a hit rating of 80% all the while running around waiting for the slowest skills in the game to proc.
