trade post restrictions

I feel like if you post something for sale you should not be able to take it down to increase the price without a time penalty of a day or two maybe even more, there have been numerous occasions where I contact someone for an item just for them to ignore me then repost the item foe 3 times the amount, I have even had someone message me back and tell me the item is for sale for 4 times the amount he posted it for, this is why I feel an auction house or something that controls the item until sold for the listed price is needed or at least a penalty to said seller for constantly removing items to increase prices

Happens way too much. or the one where they list it for 1 divine. i whisper they invite. and then ask for double in the hideout... G T F O
