Lost my citadel map because of kicked out (Frankfurt Server)

Today was the first time I got randomly kicked out of maps, sending me to the character screen. When I get back, my maps are lost.
I just lost the stone citadel because of this, now it says map failed and doesn't let me add another stone. (Frankfurt Server)

This just happened to me with a juiced waystone...right when the boss fight started. Iron Citadel to be exact.

I just lost all 1 breachstone. It just logged me out to character selection, no error or message!

Second disconnect - error message: "Unexpected error occurred". Nothing lost this time, was in my hideout.

I have lost 5 maps today due to kick out

3rd time...unplayable today...

The items obtained by recycling during the halfway point of the map

I lost my Chaos Trial run because of a crash, normally when this is happening in maps i can get inside again, the map looks unexplored (which sux) but at least you can get in again (if you have portals left ofc) unfortunately with Trials does not work and you lose your token and your run.
Btw today i crashed during a juiced Breach T15 map and when i got inside again all the Breach loot was disappeared. I hope they gonna fix it.

Can't play since few day when i do mapping on atlas. I've lost all my waystone doing some test to solve the problem but i found nothing to help.
Direct x 12 > direct11 >vulkan
MMax> low sting
Vsync on/adaptative/off
Server change localisation
Anyway nothing work

I just noticed that i'm kicked when i do a juicy map (iradiated or more) when i try again the same map but without any modifier, usually i can do the totality and validate.

in the other side, i've noticed than i'm kicked when i fighting an elite/ very big monster pack or when i took a big amount of damage in a short time.
I just reroll in waiting ggg solved it(If they do) Can't play atm
