Unexpected disconnection

"Unexpected disconnection" and after reconnecting a few seconds later, all portals gone.

I have opened a new issue - happened 3 times in 3 map runs - could not play the game.
Also I need to restart PS5 because it completely looses connection to internet. |

Same here, im running abyss boss fight, got disconnected after picked up 1d and other drops. The items are disappeared after reconnected.
