Bought supporter pack with t-shirt and got a problem

My wife has bought in december supporter pack with T-shirt (Thaumaturge of the Vaal supporter). We were speaking now about t-shirt not coming to us and she said, after buying it, she didn't had any notification to give address, phone, pay for transport, anything.

Sounds good. If she could include her account name with the discriminator number and 2-3 characters in the email that will help us locate the account and information faster.
