Lord of Ogham Upgrade - Contents didn't arrive

Hello!

I have 2 accounts under my POE website account

Account A
Account B

I initially purchased the early access supporter pack on Account A. Then after a while I realized that I can use my POE1 account so I merged that account into the POE website and that is Account B.

Account B has all the migrated stash tabs so I played POE2 on Account B and didn't touch account A anymore.

Account B has access to POE2 (early access) since it was merged with Account A. Then I went to the mtx shop and saw that I can upgrade my pack to the Lord of Ogham supporter pack on Account B which I did.

Transaction was successful and all with Steam receipts and POE website acknowledgement message, but the Lord of Ogham contents never arrived on either accounts. Anyone else experienced this?

Hello, Cory. I've already sent an email to support@grindinggear.com and I provided my account name and character name. Hope to get assisted soon. I've sent the email 2-3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten any response nor help.
