I bought the game and one day it randomly said i dont have the early access

this is outrageous I tried log in one day and it said u need to purchase the early access after I played for white a bit, tried go on the website said the same thing tried re-enter my key and it says invalid cus i already redeemed it anyone knows why this happened, ive sent an email to the support team but its been a week and no reply

If you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great.
If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from. We recommend making Path of Exile purchases via our website as we will be able to assist with any issues that may arise. |
