Can't access the game...

Hi there,

I originally bought this game via steam and then realised i could just get the key with no extras for half the price on a key store.

I then refunded the steam purchase, bought a key, redeemed it on your website and started playing, you also gave me a steam key through the website which i redeemed.

Then today, maybe a week or 2 later, I am unable to play. It says i have no access and need to purchase a key?

So i stupidly bought it on steam again, then got the same message.

I have now refunded the game on steam as i should already have access and it didn't work anyway. Given i put a key through on your website legitimately, I am not sure of the issue.

My account is Loken#1234 and i would very much like access again. I currently have 5 hours played and am just confused as to what the issue is. I've had to buy this game 3 times and refunded twice now lol.
