Is the support team repplying to emails?

Hello,

I have wrote the support team an email due to problems I have but no one has responded me, the email was sent 1-2 weeks ago.

Does someone know if they have taking holidays these days or if they are repplying late?

nah, more than 2 weeks for me and havent heard a single thing from them.
no response after the last reply for 2 weeks, it's a lottery system.
I am waiting 1 week now to get a reply from the support as well.
For everyone, in case you didn't see it, this morning they have posted a message in twitter/X saying that "they are back".

So hopefully the repplies are faster now!!

my last message was 24 days ago still no response.
Dec. 20 - 10:00AM - sent email to support
Dec. 20 - 10:05AM - 1st reply from support
Dec. 20 - 10:06AM - sent 1st response to support
Dec. 30 - 3:00PM - 2nd reply from support
Dec. 30 - 7:00PM - send 2nd response to support

hoping for a response again on Jan. 10, but this is just a bad experience

Today, I just received the first email from them, in which they asked me to provide my account name along with a 4-digit number and a few characters. I feel quite scared, as it seems like I'm in the same situation as you, waiting for months like this. It seems like it's an automatic email from them.Because they didn't read everything I mentioned in the email, It might take a very, very long time for a second email.
