Breech bug on playstation

I encountered a bug doing breeches where in the middle of fighting my game locks up and enemies despawn. The game doesn’t kick me out and crash me specifically so I have to exit and restart my game. When logging back in my map atlas doesn’t say I completed the map it just says it’s in progress despite having made sure I killed all monsters on the map. This has occurred 3 times for me personally and I have a video of it happening but I’m not sure how to post it.
