Support for account through email

Why does it takes so long to get support i have sent an email and after that 4 more replies to that email with more info so they dont have to ask me for that info and still no support

I have connected a wrong steam account to my poe 2 account which prevent me from playing the game through steam as it says i dont have the early access paid version while i added the early access to my steam via their site and since there isn't an SIMPLE option to unlink my steam account in this case the wrong account i cant link my right steam account


So here i am posting on the forum in hopes that i can be helped by unlinking the wrong linked steam account
