Should not lose waystones on disconnect/crash
I understand losing your waystone to death, since it can be attributed to skill issue.
However, losing your juiced up map to a random dc/crash, especially considering its an early access game, is beyond frustrating. I just wasted a ton of currency, time, and lost the good atlas modifiers on a map to a random crash. GGG needs to address this. Last bumped on Jan 23, 2025, 6:52:59 PM

If this happened to you I don't believe it's intended. I've crashed in maps, and have seen streamers crash, and when you log in you should be back in your hideout and can reenter the map.

I never lost a map due to a game crash or dc, and this game crashes a lot!

This is not from a DC or crash on your end, this is caused when the server instance crashes.

Just happened again. Server crashed and lost the waystone. It should not count as if the map was attempted and failed. Would be great if we didn't lose the waystone either

Lost 2 citadel keys due to these last 2 server crashes and bricked my citadel. yes, its very frustrating.
