Please Help Waiting Over a Week

I purchesed this game on steam,

It created 2 accounts on your website when i login through the same email

I cant access the coins i got for purchasing the game, they are on one account and apparently my main is on another account????

both under the same email login.

It doesnt show my character in my website panel on either accounts, it doesnt show my guild on either account and I have players who have donated me gold to buy stash tabs and improve our guild

Its been over a week emailed 4 times to support and ive been ignored.

HOW DO I PLAY THIS GAME WITHOUT STASH TABS??? I CANT USE THE MARKET AND I CANT STORE ITEMS I AM TRYING TO PAY FOR MORE THINGS TO PLAY YOUR GAME PLEASE HELP ME

does it help to reply with the other " swtich accounts " account???


I literally am just trying to buy more items spend more money and play your game and I cant do anything without support.


Please combine my accounts or fix my accounts or atleast talk to me im begging you.

I have other people pissed off cause they sent gold to the guild i cant even access cause of these bugs.
I have the same problem, no response to my support emails. I am aware of the countless number of support tickets they must have but the lack of communication tires me. I spend my time checking my emails for a possible response. Playing without stashs is a real pain, plus this weekend was the promotions...
I have practically the same exact issue. No reply or response at all. About to see if I can get my bank to just reverse the transaction.
yeah literally just makes no sense

- why do I have 2 accounts in the first place

- why cant i access everything if i login to the same email

- why cant i manage and combine my own accounts or transfer my currency

- why does nothing appear for my guild on either account even though i get messages saying gold was sent

- and why am i being ignored i literally cant play the game

- you require stash tab to sell items on marketplace, and stash tab to have a guild or whats the point

- my inventory and bank are full i cant play the game



PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD COMBINE MY ACCOUNTS SO I CAN CONTINUE TO PAY MORE MONEY AND PLAY YOUR GAME

people waiting for a month without response, yet week is nothing
they ignore you so at somepoint it's forcing you to giveup or make new account and have to put money in again, what a great system.
