Support for microtransaction made by mistake

On December 09, 2024, I was looking through the shop on console and was trying to find information on the Coral Crustacean Armour pack for 450 points, and I purchased it by mistake. I emailed a support ticket on Dec 09, 2024, to see if I could get it refunded and removed because I purchased it by mistake. I ended up sending two more support emails because I didn't get a response to my first email. Then, through the forums, I found out I should have included my account name and character names, which I didn't have in my first email. On December 19, 2024, I received an email from support informing me they may be able to help. They asked if I could please confirm your Path of Exile account name and the names of a few of your characters. Also, please provide us with the Steam or Xsolla transaction ID for the purchase made. I emailed back on Dec 19, 2024, with the information requested. I am new to POE 2 and play on PS5, and I wasn't sure how to get a Steam or Xsolla transaction ID. I purchased the King of the Faridun Supporter bundle and used 450 of the 1000 points I received when I mistakenly bought the Coral Crustacean Armour pack. When I go into my POE 2 account history, I can't find a transaction ID, and I wonder if that's because I used my points from the supporter bundle I purchased. Thanks for the reply. I understand that you are busy. However, I paid $150.00 for a founder pack, and it's been almost a month, and this has not been resolved. This customer service has made me regret buying a founder pack.
