Path of exile 2 - Act 2 relic bug

TLDR.: I managed to bug out the quest and the relic isn't dropping for me.

So I had the Kabala relic from normal difficulty but haven't dropped the Sun relic. I made it to the same quest but in Cruel difficulty. This time I dropped both relics. I play on controller. Made it to the Cruel altar (or whatever it is where you have to put the two halves inside) and on controller you have to press A (xbox) to insert the first half than the other. First one went inside (Kabala) but the other didn't. I spammed A to insert but nothing happened. So I figured that the other relic bugs out the thing. Dropped it, it disappeared but it actually worked. So I went back normal difficulty, farmed The Bone Pits, half the map cleared it dropped the relic. Went to the Keth zone, did over 10 circular clear of the area but the relic never dropped.

I don't know what went wrong. Maybe the Normal difficulty relic was inserted inside the Cruel difficulty altar... idk. Farmed the Cruel difficulty Keth zone but the relic didn't drop there either.

I try to visualize it a bit because I think it's not that easy to follow:

-Did the first 3 act in normal difficulty, got the Kabala relic (Keth zone)
-In Cruel difficulty found both relic (so I had 3 halves in my inventory: 2 Kabala and 1 Sun)
-Pressed A on the controller to insert first relic and it inserted a Kabala relic (one of the two from my inventory)
-Pressed A again but nothing happened
-I thought the other Kabala relic somehow messing with the altar so destroyed it
-Pressed A once again and it inserted the Sun relic (Cruel difficulty altar)
-Went back normal difficulty, found Sun relic in The Bone Pit
-Went back normal difficulty Keth area, farmed monsters in circular path, than reseted the zone (repeted over 10 times), but the Kabala relic never dropped
-Farmed the Keth area in Cruel difficulty a few times but the relic didn't dropped there either...
