Getting kicked out from the game

Hello Support,

My problem started an hour ago. I have 3 chars in my account. An hour ago, I started getting kicked out of the game when I try to login with my sorcerer, however, if I login with my summoner, have no any problems.

I tried everything, from resetting modems, PC, changing the hideout, join in a different party and going back to my hideout and getting kicked out of the game.

I stayed logged in with my summoner over 20mins, and nothing, however, as soon I login with the sorcerer, and I am out.

I am talking about the POE2.

Please, assist me!
