Account Locked

I was playing with some freinds when out of no where my account got locked for no apparent reason, I contacted support as instructed and received an email asking me to provide my account name and other useful information I did but over a week later I have gotten no reply, they have completely ghosted me. I would like this problem to get more attention and solved or get a refund for the game

1. This is not a game bug.
2. If you have already emailed Support, then please wait for them to respond. They are still extremely busy. Posting on the forum will not expedite anything.
