Where did my key go?

Used my second key that valid for Epic Games. I let my wife set it up, she claims to have verified the key over on EG's to place the game into her library. Upon loading the game, the game states the key is invalid, so it creates a random account for her.

the key is not working and states it is not valid and on the other hand over on POE.COM it states that it has already been claimed, so we claimed the dang thing, why cant we get in? Good grief ... this is way more complicated than it should be.

Someone get back to me if possible, I do not count on this Dev team to help with it.

What pack did u purchase and what exactly does it state in ur profile page?

For me as an example it states "Path of Exile 2 Steam key", "Path of Exile 2 Epic Client Key" and then on the bottom:
+1 Path of Exile EA Key ect.

The above one is basically all the same access that u already unlocked on ur account, just in case u want to use Steam or Epic. It's not a separate key u can use for another account.
If u don't have the "+1 Path of Exile EA Key" in ur profile u probably need to buy another 30$ pack or upgrade urs to get a second Key.
