I was using my portal in the first trial room and then i couldn't get back in

I was in the trial room with good rolls and was going to go into and fight him with 25% move speed and 50% increased damage when i went back into town and i couldn't use my portal to go back i had almost all my honor. I've never had any problem and the one that did makes me upset is there anything i can do i know its early access but there has to be something that can be done?
